Front desk staff were amazing and made me feel very welcomed. Thank you to Anita. Breakfast was great especially the ladies that handled it. I think it was Maria ? And someone else. Waffles, turkey sausage, omelets were yummy and tasty. Room was clean I definitely recommend this hotel if you are ever in town. 9 mins from airport. Complimentary shuttle driver that actually waits for everyone.

Front desk staff is rude and incompetent. I was given a room already occupied by another person, as was my coworker. The front desk never bothered to apologize and just placed blame on other people. Shuttle takes forever to pick up from airport. Hard to believe this place is a Marriott property. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is for the decent free breakfast offering and comfy beds. Spend your money somewhere else. I only stay here because my company puts me here.

Our first adventure started with the shuttle driver who drove like a complete maniac to the hotel from the airport. Never felt so unsafe. Arrived to unfriendly careless employees. The room was absolutely gross. I have several pictures we took to show Marriott Corp. The most disgusting and vile was the disgusting headboard. Decided to sleep with mom than in that nasty bed. The room smelled, stains, dirty, toilet that would barely flush and awful water pressure. Developed a terrible sinus infection while visiting may or may not be contributed to the mold we saw on our last day inside the air conditioning unit. Called front desk for a new hair dryer took like two hours. Forget if you want towels for the pool or your room practically have to beg. I asked the maid if she she wanted my old towels she said " no" so I can show the pile of tiles made at the end of the visit. One time we went to the front desk and the woman was actually talking on the phone ( personal) with an AirPod in her ear while she worked. The staff was NOT friendly and were rude . The breakfast was decent . Sign read that the boxed cereal was ONLY for children. Why? The lobby was the cleanest part of the place, Elevators were slow and very creaky. We travel a lot and this was just the worse. Not worth the money or anything very disappointed. We have pictures to submit to Marriott but this quality was like a cheap subpar place.

Was a little pricey for what you got but the bed was comfortable and there was enough room for us. Service counter was quick to get us checked in and the morning breakfast that was served was fairly decent. The only complaint about the breakfast is you have to get in there before 9 a.m.. they should really keep it open till at least 10 or 10:30am so people can sleep a little bit and not have to get up so early since the breakfast that comes with the pricing of the room.

This hotel offers shuttle service to the cruise port and airport. On cruise days, which are very busy, the shuttles are divided by ship, cruise line and airport shuttle. When you check in for the shuttle service in the lobby they will give you a colored sticker to indicate to the drivers which shuttle you should be on. The shuttles run about every 30 minutes. Taxi and Uber alternatives are available.

You can rent a car at FLL airport. This hotel is very close to the airport and can be reached using Google maps. I also suggest that you call them directly for the email address :-)
