These 5 star reviews are real! I inquired about help with a social security case for my disabled son. After the paralegal took all my information, I received a call the same day from an attorney named Shawn. She gave me a run down and told me my case was very straightforward and they could certainly help me but that it was something I could probably do very easily myself. This firm could have easily taken my 25% fee and run with it but they take the high road and are ETHICAL. Not only did she encourage me and give me some general advice, she gave me her direct phone number and told me if I ran into trouble with it to call her directly and she would help me as much as she could or open a case with the firm all together. I truly appreciated her honesty and her help all for FREE. She owed me nothing but gave me so much. This firm is legit! Hopefully I don't need help in the future with this matter but if I do, I will be running here. I do believe they look out for people and genuinely care. Thank you again!

Let me say that my gratitude to Stephanie, Alex, and all the staff at American Disability Law/Stephanie Lake is beyond words. This dedicated team fought for me for 6 years. I had one of the toughest SSA judges who does not like to approve cases. We lost the first round, appealed the case, had to wait for appeals court, and lost again, but not once did this team give up. Its hard to win the first time, believe me. When we refiled again, we had to start all over and by the time we were done we had hundreds of pages of of documentation, including paperwork that SSA requires by their doctor's. The judge ruled against us again, but let me tell you, they never gave up even if I wanted to, the appealed again and we won. YES, we won the case and if I could give them a million stars I would. This team fights for you when other disability firms wont. Would I recommend Stephanie Lake and her team, YES, YES, YES, . Again thank you all so much for everything.

I have had the hardest time getting anywhere with Stephanie Lake or 'specialists'. My case is in limbo and I can't get a hold of anyone that has any idea about my case.

I am more than pleased with the experience I had with this Law Office. My case was a difficult one and was in the Federal Appeal level. Stephanie took my case, and with an exceptional staff to help her, my case was won. Thank you! For all the work you put into this case for me and for putting up with me.

Stephenie is a wonderful lawyer, her staff were extremely helpful.
Thank you so much! Would you please post this in the reviews section as well?
Just go to your local SSA office and apply. They will help you. Attorneys actually cannot help with filing the actual application.
Attorneys have the discretion to decline cases for various reasons. Criminal history is a factor that SSA considers when evaluating your disability claim. We do not decline a case automatically because of criminal history, but we do screen out certain types of cases depending on your age, conditions and the issues in your case. You can call our office at 602-200-9090 and we can see if your case would be something we would consider taking.
I think it's against the law. Stephanie lake is really good she doesn't charge unless you win
