The staff was very friendly and polite. Definitely a popular stay for cruisers as must people departing in the morning were headed to the port. Traffic can get busy and tricky so just plan for that. Room seemed to have like a musty smell but some febreeze took care of that. I would stay again
My life and everything between
The staff wasn't all wearing mask. The outside furniture appeared to have blood stains or some type of body fluid on it. Wipes to wipe down gym equipment was empty aswell as our room was not clean. We found hair in the shower and when housekeeping came she didn't have a mask on. She said what's the problem...I pointed out the hair and asked her to clean the tub. She grab the hair and said tge tub is stained and that was as clean as it got. Overall the hotel is nice. The star rating is due to lack of cleanliness.

Excellent Residence Inn 4 nights stay! Check in was smooth, very friendly staff, property was clean and hot breakfast daily with healthy options. Spacious rooms and king bed very comfortable. We don’t need room service daily. When we had trash, we neatly bundled it and sat it outside the door. It was picked up. No problem with housekeeping after 2 nights to swap our dirty towels and face cloths for clean ones. Pool area was clean. No jacuzzi and the gas grill was out of order. As platinum members, we weren’t able to upgrade which was ok. Parking is free and plenty of spaces. We definitely recommend and look forward to our next stay.

Simple residence inn with everything you need. Friendly front desk staff helped us get checked in close to midnight with a nice room upgrade after our flight cancelled. We had a small welcome bag with waters and snacks. Breakfast in the morning was actually pretty good. Small selection but the hot food tasted good (I had quiche) and I was pleased with the options. Maybe my expectations were low but it did the trick and I felt satiated before leaving in the morning. There is also a convenient airport shuttle. We called and they let us know the times it departs. Be sure to arrive a few minutes before each departure time.

Yup! They're super helpful about it.
I've heard others doing this.on our last trip but it's beat to confirm.
Yes, just as Mr.. Loccisano said. Its a very nice area and within plain view of the splashpad area were your kids can play in the water safely and you can keep an eye on them while you are cooking.
My ex roommate and I stayed there 2 nights thst his parents paid during hurricane. Was great hotel
We were in this exact situation two months ago and the convenience store was directly across the street!
Thanks for the information. I want to know how many Marriott points it takes for a free night.
Yes. Parking is $5 per day if you are gone on a cruise or trip.
I don't believe so. There are shuttles to the airport and the cruise port. But you could always use one of the ride sharing services.
I lost my phone Monday November 27th buy 84 Texaco gas station please give me my phone back
