It has taken me a while to complete this feedback loop. I was quite excited to stay at this hotel as it’s one of my preferred options. This time I was sadly disappointed in my stay. I arrived at the hotel and the front desk staff was nice and attentive but it took a turn once I was checked on. I had to wait almost 90 mins for an iron to be brought to my room. This only occurred after I called the front desk to say that my request for an iron had not arrived as promised. I didn’t think that it would take that long for one to be brought up to my room after saying I would initially.come down to pick one up. The second issue I had was the ironing board was completely broken, I had to resort to ironing my clothes using a towel as a barrier between my clothing and the table top in the room. The two facial towels weren’t clean and I could not imagine that these were folded neatly and left for a paying customer to utilize, there was mold behind the shower head, the wall paper in the bathroom was repaired using clear tape and the charging station had some type of greasy residue. I was quite unhappy with my stay but felt it would further create a problem to reach out to the front desk given the first experience I had regarding the ask for the iron. On my way down in early in the morning, one of the elevators would not go to the ground floor, the button for floor one was broken and I spent some time trying to make my way downstairs. It would’ve been nice to know this before hand and i could’ve planned accordingly.

Floor in room had sticky places. The breakfast was one of the worst for a Hilton brand that serves free breakfast as I've had. Late shift person said breakfast ended a 10... it was 9. The luggage cart was rickety. That all said, the free ride from airport was nice. The kitchenette was on par with other home2.

The complimentary hot buffet breakfast was the best thing the hotel had to offer. The food were arranged and packed to prevent germs. I was impressed that the scrambled eggs were individually portioned in containers that was covered in clear wrap, so you just take one and go. The had a very nice selection of breakfast choices, from fresh waffles, to bagels, muffins, white and wheat bread, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, grits, hot cocoa, coffee, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruits, packed fruits in cups. The hotel location is very close to the airport- about 7 minutes drive. The pool and hotel areas were well maintained. There is a snack bar and soft drinks available for purchase at the reception throughout the day and night.

A incredibly nice hotel, and especially for how nice it is the prices are even more incredible. Like all Home2s the rooms are large and really clean and comfortable. I came in really late the staff was very nice, my card had some issues but they were really understanding and kept working with me even at the late time. The pool and pool area looked very nice even though I didn't get a chance to go in. They had a work out room that had what you would need for a quick work out. And lastly the location was awesome close to many things including the airport. Even though I came after the free shuttle was done for the day it was still only a few bucks for an uber.
