We just sold or home, and we couldn't be happier. We had to move out of state during the process so we knew it wouldn't be easy, but John Williams and all the team were great!, the communication was on point, and he was always ready to solve any situation. We are really glad we chose Nancy Kowalik group.

Michelle was amazing to work with! I started working with her in Feb 2022 and I had a deadline of finding a home by Aug 2022 because this was when my lease was up. Michelle went above and beyond and was able to help me find a home just in time. The journey felt impossible at times with how the market has been, but Michelle made what felt impossible, possible! Thank you, Michelle!

Michelle Hammel is the one and only Realtor Associate to ask for. She knows all there is to know about buying, selling or renting. She gives her all to help you get what you want. She goes out of her way to satisfy her clients. My experience with her was amazing. Ask for Michelle, you will get the best.

My realtor Michelle Hammel went absolutely above and beyond to facilitate the sale of my home. I never had to worry once about any part of the sale process and she was able to get me well above asking price for my home. I recommend Michelle to anyone looking to buy or sell and I know she is my realtor for life. Thanks Michele!

Townhomes are a very smart first time purchase. Easier to maintain and when you move up, great opportunity to build wealth by renting it out!
Buying a townhome is a good investment, especially if you plan on keeping it as an investment as a future income generating property. It's a solid first time home, as exterior maintenance is covered by the Homeowners Association, so you will have less to worry about as far as keeping the outside of the home maintained. As the property value increases, so does your equity, so even if you are going to sell it, barring any unforeseen circumstances, you should make money when you decide to sell the property. If you keep the home you could rent it and it will pay for itself.
