Danielle is easily the best broker in nyc. While she helped us find great apartments across Manhattan and bk, where she really shined was in all of the work it took from getting into contract all the way to close. Being a first time buyer, she showed us data, reached out to other brokers, and provided info that helped make us feel comfortable with the offer we would put in. Additionally, knowing that she had bought in nyc and Brooklyn, she was able to share her own experiences that help put some of all of our fears at ease. Finally, when our closing got complicated, she was always on our side, providing the calming/rational voice we needed. Couldn’t recommend her enough!!

I highly recommend Danielle as a buyers or sellers agent in Manhattan or Brooklyn as I experienced her professionalism, responsiveness and good judgement in both situations. Danielle gets the job done! In 2020 mid-pandemic I was looking to sell my studio in Manhattan and buy a 1 bedroom in Brooklyn and met Danielle online through streeteasy. Danielle really invests the time to understand her client's objectives and so we decided to look to buy first. She was very informed about the Brooklyn market and tirelessly showed me over 20 properties, and we bid on 6 - always coming up short of the crazy bids people were making in Brooklyn that summer!!! Then we saw this sweet 1 bedroom in Fort Greene with south and east facing windows - something I really wanted . We bid the asking price initially and I recall Danielle calling on the day for final bids and asked if I could up my bid a little. I did and the sellers accepted my offer! I've been living here for almost a year and I am so happy with my space and the neighbourhood! We then listed my studio in Manhattan. Danielle created a beautiful online listing with gorgeous photos and a video and advertised the property aggressively. It was Fall headed into winter and then Omicron hit, so the market had quietened down...Danielle stuck it out with me and we recalibrated the offer price at the start of the Spring season and we had 3 offers in a week! I finally close on my sale last month and I'm really grateful for her guidance, expertise and response. If you are looking for an agent who has got your back, and will be honest and upfront with you, pick Danielle. I did not regret my decision and I would do it again!

Working with Danielle was an absolute pleasure! I decided to rent out my apartment on the UES and found Danielle due to seeing her wrapped car on the BQE. Danielle, was able to find a qualified renter within weeks. She did all of the leg and was amazing to work with. I will definitely be using her again when it comes time to sell the apartment.

Danielle was nothing short of exceptional. No detail was spared in our experience with her. Hands down, she is the standard for agents in NYC!

Danielle Nazinitsky at Compass | Nov 5, 2021
Danielle Nazinitsky at Compass | Nov 5, 2021

Some homebuyers can get their pre-approval letter within hours. People with straightforward W2 income, decent credit, and money in the bank can be house hunting the same day. But for others, getting the letter could take days or weeks. If you’re self-employed or have dinged credit, your lender will require more documentation upfront. It may submit your full file for manual approval by the bank’s underwriters before issuing the letter.
