Danielle gets the job done! In 2020 mid-pandemic I was looking to sell my studio in Manhattan and buy a 1 bedroom in Brooklyn and met Danielle online through streeteasy. It was Fall headed into winter and then Omicron hit, so the market had quietened down...Danielle stuck it out with me and we recalibrated the offer price at the start of the Spring season and we had 3 offers in a week! I finally close on my sale last month and I'm really grateful for her guidance, expertise and response.
