I recently had some problems with my computer. Contact them. They did a great job fixing my computer. I am happy to see the quality of work. They replaced the hard drive, backed everything up and did general maintenance and quick response. The price is affordable. Keep it up!

Yes, we do. CITOC will assign a virtual CIO to you. Your CIO is a businessperson first and a technologist second. His role is to help you solve business problems with the technology you have or that he may recommend. His job is to listen and learn about your business and to work with you on how to maximize your IT. dollar.

Over the years, we have added on and added on more systems, more servers, more software until we’re at the point where we’re not sure if we need all of it anymore. Can you help us with that?

When we onboard new clients the first event that takes place is a thorough assessment of everything IT at your location. From that assessment your assigned Technical Alignment Manager and virtual CIO will talk to you about how to improve your existing environment. It is their job to ensure that your systems are set up to industry standards and best practices. Included in that process is “optimization”. We can help you make the decisions from a technical and business perspective about what you need to keep and consolidate versus what you can get rid of.

My current provider offers me a Help Desk and that’s it, do you offer any more value for my dollar than that?
