I can’t speak for the whole store but as for the grooming salon, very rude and snarky. so much so that I ended up going to another location for my pup. there’s no reason to be ugly to people, and if you value friendly service, take your pets elsewhere.

I understand at this time that it's hard to keep things stocked, however, this particular PetSmart was very low in stock. Very dimly lit not very clean and the representative at the cash register was not pleasant at all. I had never been to this location before this visit. I can assure you I will not be returning it almost looks like it's getting ready to close. The shelves were dirty. There were pallets of products in the back that could have been put up. It was hard to find things that were not located like a normal PetSmart. Different product brands were in different places. Multiple places end stacks etc.

Had my daughter and sister in law bring in our overly hyper one year old shihtzu poodle mix, Ace today. They did an excellent job!!! Ace couldn't have asked for a better hair cut! He looks absolutely perfect!!! The after photo shown first on here

GREAT PetSmart location with lots of adorable animals including fish, rodents, reptiles, amphibians, and birds. Smaller animal selection than usual due to Covid but still, A LOT of fun even just for "window shopping" and not because you want or need anything. HUGE SELECTION OF PET SUPPLIES! Things you didn't even know you needed LOL Nice, friendly staff and overall a very nice setup. It won't be a waste of your time and you'll probably quite enjoy it! 😊
