I've been here for 15 Years, I couldn't ask for a better place to live, when I first moved in they told me that rent will usually go up once a year $20.00, it has only gone up $140.00 in 15 years that's not much at all, the potholes were from on going work on the water lines, 10 years ago I had a drainage problem the land lord and his maintenance man were there in an hour and got it fixed. I have good neighbors and good landlord's I'll be here for ever.

The owner of this park is shady and downright nasty. She'll be nice to your face, but talk trash about you behind your back. At least the other two ladies were nice, professional, and showed some humanity and compassion.

This place is a dive. It's mismanaged! They take in enough to really keep the place up. But dont. On going plumbing issues..raising the rent almost yearly but not offering anything in return. They do background checks but still manage to have a lot of shady tenants. Slum lords. You can get in a mobile easily but try leaving.
