I read all the good reviews and drove down there today. I never made it in the door thanks to all the "mask required' signs on the buildings. At this point in time, I was surprised by the requirement and wasn't carrying a mask. In Washington, it's only required in medical facilities. No one was visible through the window to see if they had one. It's their choice to make masks required in their own business, but I bet I'm not the only one who drove away.

Never had a problem. Other than when I pull out the wallet but metal is spendy everywhere

My brother and I went to get some tubing for a horrid project , there power was down for some maintenance . We waited a few minutes and before leaving . They stopped the maintenance . Turned the power back on and we were able to get the supplies we needed . They were great help.

Great customer service, and tend to not mind if I just need a small piece of steel or aluminium for a project or repairs..They seem to have the best prices south of Seattle to Portland that I've found at tis time..The owner is also a funny guy makes returning a good experience. I will return here before any other place around. Hope this helps and they continue to stay in business..
