I was inside the store at 8:58, was waiting patiently for our turn and the customer in front of me had trouble with the app and took a while to finish the transaction. The manager had to come over to do something with her order, looked at me (the only and last customer in line) and said after this transaction I have to pull the till, you can’t order anything. I said to him “so because her order took a long time for you to figure out, I can’t place an order?” He said, we close at 9, to which I said, “I Know, that’s why I arrived at 8:58, and was going to get my order to go!” He turned around and walked away. The whole store was shocked that they wouldn’t just finish the line. Great customer service DQ!

Ordering online guarantees that your order will be entirely messed up. Just order regular fries because if you order large fries or onion rings, you will receive regular fries so don’t waste your money there. This time more than half of my order was missing and instead of sending my missing food, they just opted to reimburse me for the missing items even though I used a percentage of the total bill to adjust my tip to the driver. Now we have to order from somewhere else because we’re still hungry and will have to tip another driver. If you want everything you ordered just go there in person and don’t bother ordering online.

AMAZING customer service. I purchased a cake for my sons birthday and the declarations on it were amazing. They were so helpful through the whole process and had it ready on time. I would recommend anyone to come to this Dairy Queen. Thank you!

I would give them less than 1 star if possible. I ordered the BBQ tossed chicken, I had to actually go and get sauce to dip them in. The gravy, well, no. The amount of money paid isn't worth the filth they call food. The only worth it's weight in gold was the drink.

Probably a baby vanilla cone, which is all fine and dandy, but if Im at DQ, I TOTALLY don't mind paying full price for the most epic of ice cream selections: THE BLIZZARDS!!!!! I don't even care which kind, they are all absolutely wonderful. Just sayin.
Give them a call because I'm not sure.
