I was new in town and looking for a new primary physician and liked the idea of a private practice. The office is close to where I live and the doctor was taking new patients. My first visit was satisfactory. When I receive my bill I had been charged an office visit instead of a routine physical which should have been covered 100 percent. When talking to the bookkeeper she said it was considered established care. I questioned what that was and that my husband hadn’t been charged that at his doctors. She got very short with me and said maybe I should just go to his doctor then. I was shocked and questioned her behavior. She said that I was arguing with her. When I asked her about my covered physical, she hung up on me. I called back and asked to talk to the doctor but was told that I would have to make an appointment. I will not be returning to that office and would not recommend going there unless you want to be treated very unprofessional and disrespected.

I've been a patient of Dr Smith for well over a decade & I couldn't ask for a better doctor!! Dr Smith & his staff are incredibly nice & they make you feel comfortable!! I've had medical problems all my life & Dr Smith figured out all of my problems. Dr Smith has awesome bedside manners and no matter how i feel, he always makes me laugh!! Dr Smith is the best doctor hands down!! Thanks Dr Smith & your staff for meeting every need!! I wouldn't be alive today if it wasn't for you!!

Dr Smith has been my doctor for a number of years. Both myself and my wife trust him with our medical needs. I could not be happier with both Dr Smith and his staff. Some recent personnel changes have improved the reception/waiting area experience. Wait times are minimal. I recommend this small full service practice to anyone looking for a personal physician.
