They were amazing! I called a morning around 11 and they told me that someone could be at my place around 1230 to re-key 4 of my locks. The person who showed up was on time, professional, wearing a mask, and did the job in about 30 mins (I was told it would take around 1h). I am very impressed by the service received. Would highly recommend using them!

Cary lock and key got to our home extremely fast after we had locked ourselves out of the home with our baby inside. While we were terrified they were so fast and helpful, we are so thankful for getting to us quickly. They got inside very fast and everything worked out. They were so gracious and kind in rushing out and helping us dropping everything on a holiday to help and explained their duty and service to the community for which we are so grateful!!!

I arrived at their place of business to find they were not open yet. When I called to see when they would be at the office, they made a special arrangements to drive to the location where they promptly took care of my lock out situation within a minute’s time. I can not speak highly enough of these folks.

We were open in the store this morning but we also provide mobile locksmith service and that is why we are not always in the store during business hours. I am sorry for the inconvenience and you are welcome to call us to see when we believe we will return. Our Apex location usually has shop service for the entire day but we also occasionally shut down for lockouts and other mobile locksmith services. The hours we have listed are correct, but they reference the hours of operation, and not necessarily the hours that we are physically at the shop. Thank you, John 919-462-0451
