Easy to get tickets and food was good.

Did not enjoy at all. I usually go to Alamo Drafthouse and was expecting a similar if not better experience here with all the good reviews so we decided to give it a shot. I paid extra for LUX seating only to be told after the movie started, this room didn’t have the heated seats. The food was terrible and overcooked. We waited over 15 mins for the order to even be accepted by the kitchen, and I requested service from the mobile app 3 TIMES and the server never came. We had no utensils, no napkins, and part of our food was ice cold. Not only that but there’s no lighting. Most theatres with food has a small light under the table so you can actually see to eat. I had no idea what was what on my plate. The only decent thing was the theatre was clean and the movie was okay. Would not go back. Especially after paying for additional services and not getting them. Spend a little extra and go to Alama where you actually get a server and better food/seats.
