Pathetic service. They don't know the meaning of an appointment. We took an appointment for my daughter's bang trim. Took an appointment at 4 and had to wait for 45 minutes. My daughter was so restless. On top of the wait time, her cut was so uneven that we had to go to another salon for her haircut the next day. Will never go here again.

Worst haircut ever. I showed him a photo and he proceeded to do the opposite, cutting huge chunks out of the back of my hair because he had tangled it badly while washing. He then gave me 1980's bangs, ignoring my pleas to not cut my bangs. He didn't ask me if I wanted a blow-out, but gave it to me and charged a great deal more. He and his coworker complained about another customer who had not left a sufficient tip. I regret tipping him at all. Surprisingly he is a teacher at the community college in Durham. His damage to my hair will take at least a year to grow out. :(
