So happy with my experience with Pook & Pook. This was my first time using an online auction for jewelry purchase. I was a little bit nervous, but the process was so easy. I really liked knowing when my auction was coming up. I won two of the pieces I really wanted and the invoicing was really easy and quick. It was shipped really well and very protected. I dare say the ring and bracelet were more beautiful then in the pictures. They are both great statement pieces and I get lots of compliments. I keep telling them to go bid on one of their online auctions - you can even stay in your pjs and drink wine. LOL . thank you for such a great first time experience with online auction buying.
