It seems like They’re afraid of answering the phone anytime you get transferred no one answers. The absolute worst service, going back and forth for about 6 hours and every time you call they don’t answer unless you call again and again. The supervisor Kathy is rude condescending, unprofessional, uneducated, had to repeat everything, for both her and an agent named Barb like they were first graders. Get people to work that are not afraid to answer the phone and offer REAL solutions. Inexcusable behavior the most unprofessional experience I have ever had dealing with real people. A child could offer better service.

Sold my car to them. They came to pick up the car at 9 am, gave me a bad check that I couldn’t cash out. Been going back and forth with them since then. It is now 3:36. When they transfer you no one answers or returns calls you have to continue calling until you get a hold of someone. Transferred me to a supervisor “Kathy” and she was too busy to answer. So then if the supervisor can’t solve it no one can. Fraudulent people horrible service. Had to spell everything out to them like a first grade teacher. Truly the most unprofessional place I have ever dealt with.
