Just moved in to a beautiful Brook model in Summerfields West last month. Every person I’ve met has been kind and welcoming. The staff is very helpful and efficient, responding to any questions or concerns immediately. From the owner to sales people, office staff, maintenance staff, warranty manager, property manager, neighbors…they all have been wonderful! My house and this neighborhood are absolute gems and I’m so blessed to have the opportunity to live here!

The people who own the homes are nice and generally friendly. However, the management and owners are rude, entitled, and downright arrogant. They are only interested in your money and nothing else. I would look elsewhere for somewhere to retire or at least somewhere that cares about the people who pay their rent.

Don't buy in phase 2. The prevailing west winds in this area will make you smell the bad animal stench from the farm all day. Also, loud dogs are in the area that bark all the time. Response to owner's reply (1/10/20): There is a farm right across the street on Corkery and a kennel across the street on the Pike. Why is the owner trying to deceive potential buyers by denying basic facts of the surrounding area? I know exactly which community that I am reviewing.
