Nice community with amenities for the residents. We were looking for a home to be built in the area and this location is at the top of our list. Update: We purchased in the developement in May 2020 a Camden model. Very excited about our purchase after reviewing many developments in the area.

Went for a visit to get a feel or the community. The people were very nice. Homes a bit too close for my comfort. Amenities were abundant. However, the surrounding area outside of the complex was run down, i.e. trailer parks, railroad tracks, congested and seedy looking shopping plazas along the main route in. Decided to look in a nicer area.

Noble's Pond is not a rental community. All the homes are individually owned and occupied. Hope this helps.
I've lived in this area for a majority of my life. There are transplants, but mostly because they're trying to escape the high taxes in NY and NJ.

All of our homes are new construction, single family homes with main level living (you do have the option of adding a loft or basement during our home personalization process).
