Worst possible experience. My auto payment failed in May for some reason and they didn't send a letter or email telling me until november. My bill is now over $500 and they are refusing to do anything about it. "It is not our responsibility to bill you". Who's responsibility is it then?

Horrible experience time and time again, store front staff is rude and above you, this is not the first time, refusel to update system forces people to actually come into contact with thesepower trippers. Only 2 forms of payment check or debit, and out pay? More hoops than a circus act. Who would of thought pay ing your bill would require so much negative contact? Disgusting how they can treat people who just want to deal and move along....rude store front....yuck.

Northshore Utility District has always been extremely helpful with our projects. They give precise directions, and both their office and field employees are friendly. I appreciate how they work to keep down our utility costs when everything else seems to be continually going up. Thank you, N U D.

I've been very happy with the service we receive from the Northshore Utility. I've been a resident of Kenmore for 7 years. A few years back the water meter at my house started to leak and they were happy to resolve the problem right away. I called them in the morning and they had it resolved by the time I got back from work. Yesterday we had a sewer backup at Northlake Lutheran on the sewer connection in the street. Once again Northshore came out within 20 minutes and assessed the problem. They started work on the issue within 1 hour. Early afternoon they had the blockage removed and service restored. I wish I could give more started because these guys just great.
