Nick aka Nihad had alcohol on his breath, was belligerent, sped 25+ mph over the speed limit. Extremely rude. I cant believe MBUSA has someone like this wearing their logo and selling their cars. Penske should be embarrassed!

Overall positive experience purchasing a new car from this dealership. The biggest benefit working with Penske dealers are they do not charge a markup on their vehicles. I called every Mercedes dealer in the region (nearly a dozen in total) and all other Mercedes dealers charged a $10-15k markup over MSRP for a new GLS. Rediculous! That is exactly the type of price gouging that Congress is trying to so hard to prevent. Fortunately, Penske operates an ethical business and does not try to take advantage of their customers. I highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Chantilly or any other brand vehicle within the Penske family.

This’s a horrible place to get any kind of service done. I went there personally and service advisor wasted my hour and 30 minutes to set up appointment. He said it’s done on October 20th. I asked him to send me a email confirmation. He said I ll send it to your email address. I never received any confirmation until today 10/26. Service advisor Milton was rude, unprofessional and doesn’t care about your valuable time. And also if you’re trying to reach them through phone then forget about it. These people never answer your phone. I expect a better customer service from a Mercedes’ dealership since I spent $125 K for my vehicle. These guys need to value customers time . I will never go to this dealership and recommend everyone to go elsewhere for your service and purchase. They don’t deserve your business.
