Angel Ly was our sales person. We had just moved here. Wanted to return our 2019 RX 350 from NJ in two months when the lease ended. And lease a new 2022. Angel handled it all. She Found the right color and options. She Made a deal for us that was acceptable. She coordinated our return of the older Lexus. And she kept us informed as the new one was completed and shipped to VA. VERY easy process for us. We were very pleased with Angel Ly.

I continue to have excellent service experiences with Pohanka Lexus. The ease of leaving the car for service and convenience of a loaner, if needed, is exceptional. Maintenance work has always been good. 10/26/2022 RX in for 50K checkup. Reza Kermanshahchi did excellent job of capturing details of extra issues and keeping me informed of costs, etc. Pohanka continues to be the best service dealer I have worked with.

Questions & Answers

They forgot to put coolant in my vehicle when I was there for service a couple of weeks ago. Where can I get more Lexus coolant for my car? Do I have to go back to the dealer? My local service station in Reston, doesn't have it.

You should definitely go back to the dealer, if they were supposed to put coolant in your car then they owe you.

My 2010 RX350 just blew all of its oil on my garage floor, apparently due to an oil cooler hose that's defective. I understand there's a dealer level fix (e.g. warranted) for this as it is a known defect. It cannot be driven. What would you advise?

Contact your dealer. They may arrange a tow since it's a warranted issue. Can't hurt to try.

When I was there saw everyone wearing masks and distancing. Not sure what their team is doing internally but it seems like business as usual for the most part from my perspective as a customer.

I have SUV lexus 2019 RX350, do I have oil change every 5,000 or 10,000 miles ?

Always go with 5k miles. Oil is cheap compare to new engine.
