Hi Victor, that is a very good question. We use to have a telephone that was maintained by the attendant there; however it provided more harm than good. We believe that cleanliness and friendliness are of the utmost importance, and that is what we expect from our employees under reasonable circumstances. The employees are expected to be cleaning the machines and talking with customers. This poses a problem when we have a telephone in the room since they are not there most of the time, which causes conflict. Time staying in the room should be a luxury, especially during our busy hours. Do not worry. We do keep clothes left behind, so you can come and get it. To be extra safe, we recommend coming the day of. We have no choice in this matter unfortunately, since on busy days we can get hundreds of lbs of clothes left behind. We are truly sorry for the Inconvenience. We have tried our best to compromise in order deliver a quality laundry experience.
