We did two projects in the last 7 months with Chris Hall and Mutual Material one was a back yard remodel with retaining walls and the other a patio upgrade at our restaurant 520 Bar& Grill. There were a lot of details and hoops to jump through and with the help from Chris everything arrived on time. Chris had a lot of good ideas on how we could make things better and how to use the right stone on each project. Thank you Chris for the best service possible JB

Called with a random request for some obscure pavers from an obscure company. Every other company I called (and I called them all) had no idea what do with it. Chris at Mutual Materials Bellevue tracked it down in less than 15 minutes... Great customer service.

You ever go to a place and quickly learn that these people know too much about...? These folks KNOW brick! I brought in 6 or so brick from a stack at our new, old house. They not only recognized the mix as XXX but also helped me reassemble a mix from all the new stuff that matched exactly. This us brick!

I went to Mutual Materials looking for joint sand and sealer, which I did purchase, but when asking the staff some questions about coverage and amount to purchase they seemed to know little to nothing about their products. Waiting behind the building to load the materials I ordered was also a long wait.

There's a couple ways, the best way is to pressure wash the brick and then after it dry's use a water resistant sealer from Lowe's or home depot to keep it clean longer. It will help keep mildew and moss from regrowing. I recommend applying it with a pump up garden sprayer. This is the sealer https://www.lowes.com/pd/Eco-Advance-Clear-Flat-Concentrated-Mildew-Resistant-Mold-Resistant-Waterproofer-Actual-Net-Contents-16-fl-oz/50224777
Mutual Materials is not an installer they are a manufacturer and supplier of Masonry Products. They have a huge list of service providers that they could refer but have no link to any of them you would have to just call and ask them for a referral
