Average. Just average. It's not bad, just Average. I would not schedule a "special" event there, no. The chips are fresh, thin if you like them that way. Salsa was very good. Service was quick and timely. Lunch at work or a family dinner in a pinch will do just fine.

There is 6ft seating between you and other customers. Masks are worn the whole time by employees and staff.
No they have a sign on the door says they are closed on Easter Sunday
