If you need us to refill your medication, please call your doctor's office, even if it shows no refills on your bottle. Refill requests can take up to a couple of days to process, so please plan accordingly.

Plan to arrive 15 minutes ahead of your appointment time. - Bring your prescription bottles or a list of your medications, including herbs and vitamins. This list should include the name of the medication, dosage and the provider who prescribed it to you. - Bring any previous, relevant medical records you may have. - Follow any pre-appointment instructions you may have been given (fasting, liquids, medicines, etc.). - Before you leave, make sure you have your health insurance ID card and picture ID (for example, your driver’s license).
