I enjoyed the fish quality, but for the price, I'd recommend shiros instead. The day I went, there were lots of items that already ran out, even though I didn't get there late, plus we made reservations. Anyway, I'm fairly disappointed at this place, and the price point isn't justified. That being said, the yellow fish was insanely good.

Have been a regular at this place for 4 years now. Favorite time to visit is during fall where they have the Matsutake Dobin Mushi soup (mushroom soup in seafood broth). Banana tempura ice-cream and hamachi jalapeño are also great.

It was not cheap but food quality and service were good. The server we had was patient and answered our questions. Food came out pretty fast. What we ordered were all tasty. Calamari dish was something we did not expect. It was not deep fried but stir fried with vegetables and mushrooms. It was delicious. Highly recommend it. Nasu Dengaku was also really good. It came with Japanese cucumber pickles and sliced lotus roots. Sashimi combo was fresh! I liked that they had Oshibori at the front to wipe your hands. Nice touch. Outdoor seatings available. Ramp available for wheelchair. Off street parking available.

Don’t get me wrong the fish is good and fresh here the sushi bar is pretty awesome, however the omakase experience is horrible. It is not your sushi omakase experience that you would expect, even if you site at the sushi bar like we did. No interaction with the sushi chef. It is basically a seven course sample experience and the quality of the cooked dishes from the kitchen is slow and poor quality :(. Especially the salmon salad dish which is greasy and taste more like an Italian salad than one you would find in a high end Japanese restaurant. Just disappointing!!! For 70 dollars per person, the sushi portion only consist of 3 nigiri and 2 pieces of roll. They tasted pretty good but I was expecting so much more. For 140 dollars, we would have gotten so much more good stuff if we just ordered from the sushi bar directly instead of ordering the omakase. It seems like this omakase menu is designed for fooling people who don’t know much about Japanese food and omakase experience. Like I said in the beginning good sushi bar but the omakase experience is very very disappointing!!!!
