They were very prompt and reasonably priced. However I did not think to get a receipt that night. I've reached out several times to get one but still haven't received one. Tow truck driver did respond first time and said he would email to me but never responded again after requesting multiple times.

Most unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful place of business I’ve been to in a while. Nobody will even acknowledge you while you’re waiting in the lobby area. Even after knocking on the window nobody acknowledged my presence. After knocking 3 times someone at the first seat to the right yells to take a seat and someone will come, then proceeds to get on her phone and talk and laugh, having a personal conversation that I can clearly hear across the window. The insurance company who was getting my car from the tow company couldn’t legally allow me into the car as they paid for my car to get taken out the tow and would be held liable. The only reason I got an answer was because a rude hefty lady walking from the back to her car actually stopped when I said excuse me. They denied me any paper work stating my car was towed there. They claimed to not have any records showing it’s my car, and since I don’t have a receipt from getting out the tow lot that it’s out of their hands. I will be reporting unlawful practices to the TDLR as they are unlawful denying people records of their vehicle being impounded at their facility.

I watched this company rip my friend off twice within 24 hours. They did not follow instructions, charged her multiple fees just to make a buck. Instead of towing the car to the proper destination after paying a large sum the car was impounded again by them. They knew exactly what they were doing. Horrible staff and company. Beware and stay away
