This is a review for HOME HEALTH only. We had the names of several groups, but only FPH actually returned calls same day. Big red flag for the other guys. FPH excelled in care AND accountability throughout the process. The equipment was in good working order. Contacts were given for 24/7 care and they backed up that claim. On-site care was available if needed. They have a great team. Morgan did an excellent job explaining the program and arranged all transportation. Corey came to set up the bed and explained how to use the Oxygen. Adam set us up on the care kit and refilled all maintenance meds. KC is a lovely and kind chaplain who led us in prayer and spiritual support in an ecumenical style. Charles N. was the registered Nurse who helped us in the last stages driving 40 min each way TWICE in one day! He was just awesome! Always had a smile, empathetic, kind, thorough, and very sensitive to steer us onto the porch away from my stepdad if instructions and explanations could be upsetting (hearing being the last sense to go.) FPH followed up with an accountability call after every single completed request. I cannot speak highly enough for the care, instruction, and compassionate help our family received.. I hope others will choose to leave positive Home Health reviews here. Most reviews posted are facility reviews, but most patients are actually in home health! Thank you for helping us FPH. Such a beautiful facility with a balcony for many(?) of the patient rooms. Balcony overlooks a pond with ducks. Lots of living room spaces for family to gather. I was pretty impressed!
