Worst shipping company ever! I ordered a couch to be delivered on October 7th. It is now November 2nd, and not only is my couch not here, but no one seems to have any idea where it is. AVOID USING THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Not only is it the worst shipping company in the world, but it also has to worst customer service. They almost never answer, and when they do, they do not have any information for you and will go so far as to lie to you to get you off the phone. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.

I ordered a generator that has shows to have been at DFW (I'm in Dallas 10 mins from DFW) since 10/8 and it's now the 20th. I can't get anyone at CEVA to answer to phone (tried 10x) or respond to the emails (tried 5x)on the status of my delivery. PLEASE HELP! delivery zip code is 75229

Worst by far place to deliver very rude unprofessional people they treat the drivers like animals regardless of your appointment time they unload you whenever they feel like it and never ever they pay you not even a cent in detention time I aynt never going back period
