This new management is a big joke. I used to lived there for 2 years. I moved to my husband apartment and we decided to get this apartment since my sister and my brother still live there… long story short after paying 75$ two time for application fees they said that because I am international student I need a guarantor that make 5 time rent, the manager from the office told me I can use my father event if is in a different country . I gave them all the papers and my dad makes more than 5 times rent after I submitted everything they comes up with they can’t take my father as a guarantor because he’s outside the United state. If guys just came to change the color of the property and call this place under new management better bring the old management. Because you guys are all a big joke I spend like $300 between applications fees and translating my father bank statement French to English for nothing. My husband still want to apply there but I told him is on his own they are not human there not understanding people situation and not friendly at all the few times I saw the manager she doesn’t even put the smile on her face. She don’t even look at people eyes, like she’s too busy there denied people application. I fill all the condition just because I am an international my application was denied.
