This is my first and worst time living in an apartment.. I have been living there for 2 years and water still comes in my apartment when it rains..They do not fix anything...Very poor management in the office.. They do not walk the property. They sit in the office and don't ever answer the phone.. I have experience the office person turning the volume down on the phone to ignore tenants calls.. When Marassia and Zaria was there, it was so much better living there. Now very malicious things that the office people do now.. They do not take care of the tenants that pay so much money to live there.. The apartment complex would be so much better if they were more professional..I would make sure that you do your homework before moving here... Hopefully they change management staff soon...

First let me start by saying the apartments were not doing any walk throughs because of COVID. If I had gotten a chance to do so, I would have never moved there. They completely robbed us of that new energy you feel at a new place. This place was nowhere near ready. We honestly did more cleaning than the maintenance crew. I literally cleaned someone else’s FECES OFF OF THE TOILETS!! There were belongings (hair combs, candles) from the previous people in the cabinets. Paint all over the floor. They never even dusted the ceiling fans. Like bro how lazy can you be?!? And they never even gave us a discount of any sort when they knew this place was in the condition it was in smh.. For the price ($1000+) you are definitely not getting your money’s worth. But the worst part is the mice scratching around it in the walls. That sealed the deal. This place is living off of their reputation, point blank.

Run is right! Don't even think about signing a lease until you see the actual apartment, because it might be in much worse condition than the model. The pool has been closed & barely cleaned since last year. The water is green. Algae is growing on the bottom. It's a potential health risk to everyone.The trashed furniture left near dumpster for months will encourage rats. There is no security - anyone can come in thru 3 walk-in gates at any time, vehicle gates have been stuck open for months. You can do better for the same or less money. I don't feel safe & I'm getting out as soon as I can. Houston Health Dept just posted a red sign saying pool was closed, so I don't think it will be opening at all in the future.
