We waited over 45 minutes for our order to come out to the table. What's worse is that the appetizer we ordered came out AFTER our main order and it was cold and made improperly. The waitress and servers were very professional in that situation although they should have offered a discount for the lag in food preparation time. They did explain that they were short-staffed in the kitchen, but they did nothing to mitigate that and people kept rolling in and were seated and orders taken which only compounded the problem. Under normal circumstances, I would have given a much higher rating and I understand that things happen, but perhaps they should have quickly crosstrained some employees to handle the overload or stopped accepting new customers temporarily.

Horrible service, employees openly chewing on food while serving tables, half the staff stopped working (including the kitchen) to watch a boxing match on tv. The pictures of the bathroom pretty much summarize the state of the business. And to the management- if you really want customers to tip for good service, try sending the lukewarm appetizer that was ordered 10 minutes before everything else out before the rest of the food instead of 10 minutes after, and maybe pass along to the team that an apology might be needed instead of acting like nothing was wrong. Pretty sure that’s how it’s supposed to work. One more thing- before you hit me with the canned “So sorry, go fill out the form on our website”, don’t worry, already did!

Absolutely nowhere will there be enough service to sit you and give you 2019-type of attention. It’s Buffalo Wild Wings, don’t bring your date and expect fine dining. It’s a whole vibe: loud TVs with sports, after-work wind down, and a few hard working servers who keep the place down. IYKYK

The food is so good but not the customer service, it sucks, we've been waited for our food & drinks for more 1 hr, only the plates are on the tables, it can't be possible, the customer service is the worst that I've ever had.
