Whoever heard of a gym working hard to find your cancellation and making it right. That's exactly what Andrea did for me and I highly recommend the gym both for the great equipment and the dedication to customer service. I will definitely join again when I am back in the area.

Please see follow up. They made this right: I joined the Gym in January to get back into kickboxing work outs. Staff was great and I liked the gym. I even paid a couple hundred dollars for private coaching. In early March I developed wrist issues and my doctor told me I cannot continue impact work such as punching bag work. I went in on/about first week of March and cancelled my Membership. They informed me that they needed 30 day notice so the payment in for March would still go through. That is understandable. They also said they would work with me on the private coaching and shift it to non-bag work. After one more private session and a couple of cancellations of private lesson appointments, one by me, one by them, they shut down for COVID. They charged my card again $42.22 for membership in April, then again in May. I immediately called and left a message to stop charging me because I cancelled in March and they need to refund me April and May membership. I never received any response. In June they charged me for $107.17. I called and no one answered. I went by during business hours, and they are closed. Gyms are allowed to be open now, and have been for a month. They are not providing services and they are still charging me, even though I cancelled 3 months ago. I wish them the best, but these charges are fraudulent and they are not communicating at all. update: I received a refund for one of the $42.22 and the $107.17. I still am owed some personal training sessions, but that is my scheduling and availability problem, not theirs. I never received any communication but it is possible that it was lost in junk mail. I still think this is a great gym and they did make the wrongful charges right. I hope they have much success.

The staff is really nice and the management is helpful. I am glad I found this gym. They offer wonderful classes and will help you achieve your fitness goals.
