Of the 4 AF gyms I've been to in the area, this is EASILY the best one. Widest variety of equipment and attachments in a larger space than the others. Extremely clean, especially the bathrooms.

You can get a guest pass for 7 days but the guest must come in initially to get registered. Their are no guest hours
I would say that the entire gym is a multi-purpose room. There is an open area by the TRX rack that your can pretty much do anything you want there.
