Only live here if you have absolutely no where else to go. Rent is insane for the quality of the apartments and the complex.The water is turned off 90% of the time. If maintenance does not just ignore your requests it will take a month for them to come to your apartment. Only one room had a fan or light fixture. The complex overall has an unsafe feeling to it, we never felt safe outside. If you are in a pinch this complex is fine but if you would like to actually enjoy your home life I would not recommend Raintree.

I would never pay what they are wanting for these apartments. Huge reason of why I left. The water is shut off every other day with little notice. Bad for me since I would during the night and am left all day without water. There is a man that digs through the trash at all hours. We asked multiple times for them to put in a peephole and that never happened. Same with the bathroom outlets. Only one rooms has a light fixture with a fan, the other has no light source. Definitely look for other places before considering this place. I will say office staff was nice and overall the apartment itself was OK.

I left a review but it not here . I didn’t like my stay there . It was a lot people there that didn’t pick up after there dogs . My dog had a lot of infection in the bowels . One of my dog passed away and not sure what it was my air went out . I had put my dog in the trash and someone came and through the dog out and took the container . I never got a itemized bill when I moved . They charged 800 for damages and when I found out was by collections calling me . Now it’s on my credit . Since , they couldn’t contact me even when I called them and left a message to see about damages . I never got a called back . Don’t move here they only look good from the street . Blinds are always torn . I was able a better apartment by completing my lease but now I have to fight the damages they claim I did .

Worst apartment complex to rent from by far. They come in your apartment whenever you're not home and without permission. Definitely will be going to court over this matter I have all the evidence I need. They will not get away with this one.
