Brian and his team were very professional and always on time. They also did a great job with the installation and clean up. Would definitely use them again.

My project involved repairing and replacing siding on the exterior of the house. Then painting all the exterior, paintable surfaces. Brian Dorsey has been very helpful in the process. He came to the house initially, then with his subcontractor, and finally after the job was completed. He assigned one of his roofing teams to do the job. They worked efficiently in very hot conditions. The painters also did a thorough job. Communication throughout with Brian was professional. He responded within minutes after I reached out.

Great Service! After a big storm, our art gallery was leaking in two spots (roof and skylight), and they came by so quickly! Brian is extremely knowledgeable and professional... We 100% recommend!

My wife and I first used Dorsey about 7 years ago to replace our roof. Jeff was very helpful, and his crew did an excellent job with the roof and the cleanup. We get quite a bit of hail here in the Denton area, so I called them again this past March. Both times Jeff has been extremely professional, communicated well, and is now in my contact list. I will definitely be using them again. Thank you, Jeff and Dorsey Unlimited.

There is no straightforward answer because every roof is different. Roofing contractors consider a few factors when pricing out new roof installations: size, old roof removal, style, shape, materials, and labor. In addition to these factors, your roof could include other features like chimneys, skylights, and vents that need to be factored into the cost. Contact a licensed roofer near you to get an accurate quote.
If your roof is old and underperforming, roof replacement can help lower energy bills. Ideally, an attic should remain close to the outside temperature, but overheating in this space during the summer is a sign of inadequate ventilation. This inadequate ventilation can cause an HVAC system to work much harder than necessary. A new roof helps ensure that your HVAC system can work properly and keep stress off the system causing more power to be consumed.
When assessing whether or not to replace your roof the first question that should be asked is "How old is my roof?". Most roofs will last around 15 years but signs that it is time to replace your roof could include: holes in your roof, missing or damaged shingles, or leaks.
