I'm redoing the floors at my home, and I was able to find the floor paneling very quickly and very easily. One of the employees who works in the flooring area was able to give us quick information and even an estimate as to how many boxes of the paneling I would need and it's cost! I really appreciate it this service as it gave us an idea of what to expect.

For a while there both Lowe's and their competitor started to lose that touch of personal service that was very resident when the company first expanded into North Texas. However on today's visit I was very impressed to have not one but four different people have asked me if they could help me. And I mean ask me if they can help me within a second of seeing me, not after 15 minutes of me walking around and having to ask someone. So it seems there's been a return to the service of the customer at Lowe's.

Disrespectful Rude and Disregarding for the customers safety. I was doing a job in Coppell had to stop at this Lowe's location, The sign up front as seen in the picture is leaning because of the high winds. So I told the manager about the sign was leaning asked her if they need someone to fix it I was try to pick up a little job. THE MANAGER just simply disregard me and was very rude and just hung up on me I figured they would have came and checked on it but now 20 mins since i told them no one has came so that's why I am awarding management a 1 🌟

I’ve been looking at several websites for a floating shelf to fit my Harry Potter book collection and I found this one on clearance online at Lowe’s that was finally exactly what I wanted but it wasn’t available for shipping or online store pickup. I called the store to see if they had it in stock and the sweet customer service girl (I wish I could remember her name) went and checked and sure enough they had it!! I asked if she could put it on hold and she said she’s not supposed to but she would but I had to come pick it up that day. (Please don’t get her in trouble- she sincerely made my day with her outstanding customer service). As soon as I hung up I headed up there and bought it. Great price, great shelf, easy to hang up. AND LOOK HOW PRETTY!!!! I’ve worked a lot of service industry and retail jobs and sometimes bending the rules slightly to make a customer happy (I REALLY wanted this shelf and she put my mind at ease that I would definitely get it) is where the above and beyond customer service lies. So happy with my purchase and the team at this store!
