Went to the clinic for a Medicare covered flu shot but now I am getting bills from Minute Clinic saying my insurance does not cover it and I owe the money. They should not be trying to bill my insurance, Medicare covers the shot and I have sent them the printout from Medicare twice showing this. My third reply to their bill was shall we say "less polite".

Honestly, the nurse I saw, Donna, was the best. Unbelievably nice and professional. I can't speak for any other patient experience, but mine could not have been any better.

THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!!! I have been experiencing headache and sore throat for about 10 days and after no improvement treating for sinus/allergy decided I better get a covid test (I am fully vaccinated...had pfizer vaccine in March & April...but ya know to make sure those I'm around aren't at risk and I can at least have some kind of plan of action to start feeling normal again) so tried to do so here after seeing advertised "same day covid testing". Well I went this morning and found out I couldnt "sign up for a covid test" until tomorrow at noon. So while there, I booked an appt for urgent care to see a Doctor and get their input. Had to fill out all the paperwork again and then, even with an appt time and NO OTHER PATIENTS present, I waited over 20 minutes only to be told they cannot see me until I get a covid test!! Like what?! I explained I was trying to get a test and told I couldnt be tested until noon tomorrow and asked if they could give me a test there to which I was told a big NO. THEN even asked if they could check any of the other minute clinics for availability to get tested today since I am feeling so bad and also have people at home I am around and do not want to put at any further risk. they told me i could look myself online and would not be helping me with that either. BAsically...LEAVE...maybe sick. if you're not responsible and dont wear a mask and infect tons of others, not our issue. You realize YOU are part of the problem!!! People being turned away because they've been TOLD to seek medical attention immediately with symptoms, take multiple times out of their day to suit YOUR schedule, only to be told to go away! It'd be different if there was ANYONE else there, which there was not. I honestly think their lunch break was coming up and they didn't want to risk having to work into their break. Unless you feel like wasting your time and being told you will not be treated DO NOT GO HERE!

I specifically went there to get blood work so that I could get a longer prescription for my blood pressure medication. They completely forgot to contact my pharmacy after getting all my information and promising me that they had done it. Eventually I was able to get them to do what they had promised but after a hassle. The nurses (not doctors, because there are none ) are there one day and in another clinic the next. Also, they do not have a direct phone line or reply to their email.
