I have lived here for only a few months, and it has been a wonderful experience for me. i moved here from a "luxury" apartment complex, expecting to deal with a dramatic downgrade, but have been delighted to discover that these apartments are actually a hidden gem. though i lived at the previous place for about 3 years, i NEVER met any of the leasing team in person (before or after the COVID stuff). now, i make visits to the office just to chat and share a few laughs. the care and concern that Morgan and Korina show for the residents is very apparent, and they are always willing to do whatever they can to address any issues.

Update: I made contact with Morgan and I really appreciate her getting back with me! I've been trying to get in touch with the leasing office by phone and email to discuss a 1 bed 1 bath unit but nobody will answer the phone or email back...

I’ve been here about eight years. That’s the longest I’ve ever been at an apartment complex. Every apartment complex is going to have issues, but I have to say with all honesty that I don’t have any major complaints here. That’s why I’ve been here so long. I think the apartment has changed management about five times since I’ve been here but the latest management team would have to be my favorite. There have been many obvious investments back into the property this last year. I’ve never had an issue with pest control or maintenance. In fact, for as old as these units are, I am shocked at the fact that I don’t have any pest problem whatsoever. I recommend this complex.

It’s coming up on 3 years we’ve lived here, new company bought the complex and is now not renewing anyone’s lease. They’re jacking the prices up like crazy. $1700 for an 871 SQft 2 bed apt. Insane. I’ve had terrible experiences over the last couple years, the last 2 summers the pool had been closed because the office hadn’t filed the proper paper work with the city and never got on it. I had a leak in my bathroom in the ceiling. It was so bad that mold and the roof started falling apart. We kept putting work orders in and they would do a small fix that would fix it for a couple days. 2 years later it was finally fixed. But 2 years of mold growing back and ceilings falling apart is terrible. The maintenance people do nothing but drive around on golf carts, there’s someone in another building whose A/C has been out for a couple weeks and they said they’re not taking any new work orders unless it’s an emergency. It’s in the middle of summer keep in mind. There’s little to no amenities here. This whole property has terrible drainage when it rains, the foundation is messed up in a lot of apartments, terrible staff. This place will fail in the near future. It will not be able to keep up with inflation.
