Came in and there were several tables open they were all just dirty, took forever to get a menu that I thought were normally already available. Employees were running their nose and eyes around the food they were coming. All the waffles were lined up. Not fresh and liked burnt. But I still wanted to stay and give the good a chance but they were out of what I wanted. I ended up driving to 3 different waffle house that day. None were close to eachother. And the other 2 wouldn't even serve me. Told me they were only teaching to go orders. Needless to say I was infuriated and won't be going to any waffle house anytime soon.

This waffle house is always friendly, both the staff and the people that come in. The old school cooking takes me back to when I went with my grandparents and I'm glad I can take my kids too. Although, last visit I felt like I was underdressed. So many people were coming in wearing their Dallas Cowboy pride. Next time I should wear at least a hat to fit the dress code. 🤣 Thank you for the delicious waffles!

Hands down the best service and experience we have yet had at a Waffle House. Brenda, our server, was so friendly, polite, and on her game!! Anthony, the cook, he too was a delight. He helped Brenda by serving us drinks and our coffee cups were never empty! He cooked our order to perfection. A great team!! I wish all of our experiences with Waffle House were a pleasant as it was today. A very clean establishment, all employees were masked.

There are plastic dividers between booths also it's every other booth so it is 6 feet apart the menus are a QR code
Most of the time the servers we're very friendly and I did not experience a hygiene problem but they need to take the sign down out front on their Marquee and call it something else. That is not a Waffle House, it may be an almost Waffle House because the last five Waffle Houses I've been into, the waffles are paper thin. Never experienced a company that would cut back on a product that there named after.
There are coupons available online for multiple different types of items. I recommend downloading retailmenot and checking on there. Also, you can register with waffle house for a special gift on your birthday.
