Beautiful store, super nice staff. I bought pointe shoes and my fitter was amazing and super knowledgeable. The dancers that live in this area are so lucky to have this store!!

Beware. Horrible customer service with respect to return policy. We made up to 2 hour round trip to this store every month for long time to buy ballet shoes. When they stopped carrying the brand, we tried to make another work, but couldn’t. When we went to return a completely unused/unworn extra pair, they wouldn’t even give full refund. Now I have $80 store credit that I have to make 2 hour round trip to use for what I don’t know because they don’t carry the brand anymore.
