Very rude and unprofessional front desk staff. This place is not even worth walking through the front door.

I love BioLife. Not this location though. I'm not one to complain. However, I just watched 3 people turned away for high heart rates (including myself) all checked by the same person on the same machine. I even asked if I could be checked by a different employee after watching the first person she turned away complain to the person at the front. After calling to speak with a manager and being told that their policy doesn't allow you to switch to another person, I'm positive of one thing. I will never return to this location. Not only was the young woman who did my vitals unprofessional. She seemed genuinely irritated to be at work. When I asked for a supervisor above the person at the front desk, I was told that they are busy and won't get back to me till tomorrow. 😒 However helpful her honesty may have been, it was again, unprofessional. Disappointed that my neighborhood location is less pleasant than the Hampton location. I'll be making the drive there from now on. They at least seemingly have a standard of professionalism.

Always slow

Last visit sucked. Way overbooked appointments. What's the point of an appointment if your not hooked up and donating until an hour later. They has a backlog of 15 plus people standing in line after initial check in waiting to a donation spot to open. Ridiculous.

Great question, but to be honest I don't know for sure, but if I had to guess I'd say No. I'd say the best thing to do is call them directly and ask them.

Hi Pete, Typically the donation process can take about an hour. The first visit will be longer as it includes a medical questionnaire and a physical to determine your eligibility. However, ever donation after that will be about an hour. Thank you!
