We had some fire damage to our home. My insurance, State Auto Insurance responded quickly and referred me to Mr. Ben Behel with The Steam Team (TST) Restoration. Mr. Behel answered all my questions and explained the prosses of what was to come in detail. He secured our home and reassured me that everything was going to be OK. Yes, but sometimes it is better to replace the ceiling than dry the ceiling. We don't like to dry anything that will ultimately need to be replaced.

Yes, we work with insurance companies and we are also "in network" and a preferred vendor with all the majors insurance companies...don't get stuck paying out of network prices for non preferred vendor water restoration companies.
