I am very unhappy with this location. I have order on two different occasions and it never got there on the date or day I requested. I will Never use them.This happen Friday April 01,2022 when I order a item to be delivered Saturday April 02, 2022. It didn't get there. So I called Sunday and talked with a lady to ask what happen she didn't know. She told me they could deliver it Sunday April 03, 2022. I ask her to cancel the order and could I get her name she wouldn't tell me and when I asked her again she hung the phone up on me. Wow! How rude was that. I was also told this is the only one that delivers to the address I was sending it to. Shame on you Ediable Arrangement, that is NOT how you should do business and treat customers.👎👎👎

I will never spend my money at any Edible Arrangement location ever again!! I placed my order online on 01/22/22 to be delivered on Valentine’s Day almost 3 weeks in advance. On 02/11/22, 3 days before delivery (1 business day prior) , I received a VM from Candace advising they need to cancel my order because they don’t deliver to the location selected. I called back and spoke with Candace as she reiterated the same message. I asked her how the incorrect location was selected when I selected it based on their website’s suggested locations BASED on the zip code and address input! Not to mention I had a delivery from them before to the same address. And I also questioned why I was JUST being notified 1 business day prior to when the order was submitted almost a month ago. Candace was very rude, speaking quickly to try and get me off the phone. She told me “YOU SELECTED THE WRONG ADDRESS”, very nastily. I told her that her advising me to just cancel and reorder was unacceptable and highly inconvenient. She abruptly said she’d just cancel my order and hung up the phone in my face! So I called back and spoke with the manager Paola/Viola who was very nice but still did not solve my discrepancy outside of just confirming the cancellation. I’ll never spend another dollar with you all.

THIS LOCATION IS A NIGHTMARE!!! Never ever again will I do business here. They NEVER answered the phone ever and I called 3 days in a row! The answering service sounds like an unprofessional personal phone instead of a business. I ordered a $64 fruit basket for my mom on 2/10. She just got out of the hospital and thought this would cheer her up (she loves fruit) and also be her Valentines surprise. Well, the tracking order has said DELIVERED for 2 days and it has NOT been delivered (and no attempted delivery). The store on Lamar is HORRIBLE and has not been able to be reached yet. We reached out to corporate and they are saying it will be delivered on 2/16. No way! You have ruined my moms V day surprise gift and her get well feel good fruit. REFUND ME EVERY DIME OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY IMMEDIATELY!!!!

Ordered a large $130 arrangement for my hubbs bday & when I picked it up my I noticed that the basket was loaded with melon & honey dew but had about 5 rices of bananas, strawberries & pineapples. I asked about grapes which were a part of the basket I ordered & the manager made up an excuse about them no longer having grapes due to the pandemic (which was not listed in the verbiage online). So I asked if I could have something else to substitute the grapes and more of the other fruits. She was sooooo rude & unprofessional that I almost lost my religion. I’m like really?? Ok if I’m not happy with the arrangement & it’s obvious you all were low on other fruit options let’s find a way to make me happy...she couldn’t comprehend this. She refused to give me a refund oh & did I mention my order initially was for delivery which I paid for but they called & told me that they couldn’t accommodate it any longer & that if I wanted it I would have to pick it up!! Guys PLEASE GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION!! The lady who runs this location has a lot of training to do in the customer service department...
