Went shopping at Macy's on Monday I found this red/orange pearl necklace that had a clearance price of $4.69 so naturally I thought it was a great bargain but when I went to pay for it at the perfume section it came up as 9.99 the woman didn't want to deal with it so she said I had to go to the jewelry department which I did and the same thing happened the price came up as $9.99 and I told the cashier that the tag said different but her and another lady said they couldn't give it to me for what the tag said I had to pay the $9.99 so I said forget it and left. Had it been Nordstrom's they would have said yes they have great customer service, will not be going to Macy's again.

Went in to grab a perfume for my fiancee and the staff was extremely helpful and not pushy at all. I went with the perfume the saleswoman recommended. I was in and out in 10 minutes tops. It wasn't busy or crowded by any means, although it may have been due to the time and day. I'm sure it's different later in the evening or on weekends. My experience here was great though.
