FYI, it's by appointment only. The girls are so nice and explain everything to you. I was so nervous but they are so friendly and helpful. My baby started to get fussy and they even had a bell to help distract her. It was fast and easy. I expected it to be way worst.

Worst place ever. Horrible customer service. I had my ears pierced a month ago and one was infected the day it was pierced then earring fell out. They offer NO solution and now I need to let other piercing close. Waste of money and time. Stay away from this place.

I took my 11 Month old baby here. I had a wonderful experience the lady working was super patient with my baby, made sure I like the dots where piercing will be and made sure we were happy every step of the way. I would highly recommend coming here for piercings.
