Worst bank ever!!! My work hours are 8AM-5PM Lunch 12N-1PM Never open on time 9AM; closed during lunch 12PM-1PM, is the only time I have and closed early 4PM with security on duty!!! Took off work early at 2:30PM spoke with a female manager, who informed me it would take up to 30 days for my requested information to be resolved and verification received by mail however only to learn NOTHING has been sent to handle my request so I’m back to square one!!! How are they a service to the community?

My experience on today was Excellent!!! I was in and out so fast I couldn't believe it!!!!🙏😁Normally, I go to the Bank Of America in Desoto and still be waiting outside just to get inside.🤨😤 Then when I get in there it's only 2 tellers they know on the last and first week of the months need more than 2 tellers.😳😱 Talking about social distanceing how if your stuck in there for over 30 minutes or even more.😷🤔😔..However, this location has my 5 starts no waiting outside no long lines inside plus 3 tellers at the window thank you God!! They we're very professional even their security guard very professional. Maybe Desoto needs to come here for training tips on customer service skills and getting banking services support to help our community so I wouldn't have to go elsewhere!!🎊🎉

Bank of America has closed locations & drive throughs & does not have sufficient staff to support it's customers. Went to multiple locations & all had long lines & persons in line told me it is that way every day. Plan on spending an hour or longer just to see a teller. I'll be looking to switch banks.

Mr. Burley is AWESOME and was very attentive to my banking concerns. He understood my situation and provided me with excellent customer service with a smile! The branch manager is VERY helpful and she went above AND beyond helping me resolve an important issue. She's doing a great job at this location!!
