I was in to only pay a mortgage bill and didn't know the correct amount to pay so I ask a teller to help me with amount owed. After I gave her a statement with my mortgage info on it , Instantly I was told I need DL.I offered other ID she declined. I then went to speak to a banker who first agreed to take the ID (until she went back to speak to the teller) all of a sudden she also decided not to accept it ?! Long story short It was next to impossible to get assistance and I felt very discriminated on because I am African American and the bank only caters to 98% Hispanics. Good thing I was able to go to my Car call WFHM, get my bill Amount, pay and not depend on assistance from the team in this Branch who left me feeling like a manipulating thief.

I went in today for help selecting the best credit card for me. Ms. Laura Reyes did a fantastic job helping me and answering all my questions. We went over all my options considering where I am financially. We talked a bit about a CD account, student loans, investments and a future mortgage giving me all the information of the individuals that could help give me more details. She helped me track down some shady transaction. All of this and was most pleasant to talk to. I was very pleased with my visit, I'll definitely be consulting with her in the future.
