Went in on normal business, normal day, and WOWEE! Samson was the most pleasant, cheerful, upbeat, positive guy I’ve ever bumped into at a bank! There was a small line to be helped but he acknowledged everyone, made them feel seen, and I literally left the bank with a big grin on my face. That man takes service seriously. He is a super darn duper guy, and deserves a raise!

Chase keep messing up my account causing my payments to be late changing my account which is messing up my credit score all due to the bank. I'm about to close this account.

The tellers and bankers are efficient, kind and helpful. I will miss them all.💚 I'd worked under one of the best managers. After being bullied & demeaned to the point of stressing her considerably, she was replaced. A condescending, ingenuine, uptight, run about, impersonal, false prophet tried to fill the position. He brought a mask of unpleasantness. I was impacted to the point that it affected my performance as a teller. When I brought my issues to him, he didn't show any care for my situation. I called HR multiple times on him resulting in him to fill in records with false incidents or enhancing a small real one like missing a knowledge check deadline. I have been fired because of his lies & allegations he put into record.

Very bad customer service experience. After waiting 2 hours on the Notary (Erica). She was very rude and arrogant to my Mother and I. Her and the branch manager gave us inaccurate information about using a POA. Went to a different Chase Bank on the OTHER side of town and got our documents signed and notarized with NO hassles.
